Submissions are routed via FormSubmit to our intake mailbox. We do not collect IP addresses, browser fingerprints, or device information beyond standard server logs.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process the personal data you submit solely to:
- Respond to your inquiry (legitimate interest under GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) and Swiss DPA equivalent);
- Conduct conflict checks before opening a matter;
- Issue an engagement letter if both sides agree to proceed (contractual necessity, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b));
- Comply with legal record-keeping obligations once a client relationship is established.
We do not use submitted data for marketing, profiling, or sale to third parties.

Submissions reach our intake mailbox via FormSubmit. We may notify our team via internal collaboration tools (Telegram backend, used solely for operational alerts; the Telegram handle is not displayed publicly). Inquiry data is retained for the period needed to evaluate, respond to, and document the conversation, typically up to 12 months for inquiries that do not lead to engagement. Where engagement follows, retention is governed by Swiss professional record-keeping rules and the engagement letter.
