The firm

A narrow practice by design.

Switzerland Firma is a Swiss corporate-law practice serving foreign founders, HNWI, fintech operators, and international holdings. We accept matters in six practice areas and decline outside them. Three offices, Zurich, Zug, Geneva, one Swiss-trained lawyer per office. Scope, fee structure, and timeline are agreed in writing before engagement.

Numbers, not adjectives

Every fact in our advisory comes with a source, FINMA, Fedlex, ESTV, Zefix, S-GE. Marketing language ("leading", "best-in-class", "trusted") is forbidden in our copy. The work is documentary, not promotional.

Restraint over reach

Six practice areas, three offices, one lawyer per office. We refuse matters outside our scope and refer when specialist counsel is better placed. Smaller surface area, deeper competence.

Citations, not assertions

Statutory references, regulator deep-links, primary sources at the end of every page. Read, verify, push back if anything looks wrong, we will tell you exactly what we relied on.

02Associates

One Swiss-trained lawyer per office.

Each associate is a graduate of the canton's own law faculty, with 8–12 years in practice and a start at a Swiss office of a Big-Four firm. Direct contact is made through the contact form; personal email addresses are not displayed publicly. No doctoral titles, no bar-association membership claims, no unverifiable awards.

03Practice areas, and only these

Six commercial areas. We refer the rest.

  • Company formation, AG and GmbH incorporation
  • Financial licensing, FINMA, FinTech, SRO, DLT, asset management
  • Accounting & tax, Swiss GAAP FER, IFRS, VAT, cantonal corporate tax
  • Shelf companies, purchase + transfer of pre-registered Swiss entities
  • Nominee director, Swiss-resident representative arrangements (CO Art. 718 / 814)
  • Corporate liquidation, voluntary, strike-off, and bankruptcy paths

If your matter falls outside these areas, IP, employment disputes, immigration, criminal, we will tell you so directly and refer you to specialist Swiss counsel where appropriate.

04Authority sources we cite

We work from primary sources, not commentary.

Every regulatory claim on our pages links out to the underlying primary source. The institutions we rely on most:

  • FINMA, Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority
  • Fedlex, federal statute portal
  • ESTV / AFC, Federal Tax Administration
  • Zefix, central commercial register
  • SECO, State Secretariat for Economic Affairs
  • SEM, State Secretariat for Migration
  • S-GE, Switzerland Global Enterprise (investor handbook)
  • Cantonal commercial registers (Zurich, Zug, Geneva)
  • SHAB / SOGC, Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce
  • RAB / ASR, Federal Audit Oversight Authority

Engagement
